- Pictures and spots are okay, we’re looking to build up numeral recognition here
- Tip: Choose a set that has numbers up to 30 so you can extend your practice once you have mastered numbers 0-10
- Alternatively, make your own flash cards by writing numerals on cards
- Variation 1: Practice reading numbers forwards
- Variation 2: Practice reading numbers backwards
- Variation 3: Shuffle the cards and read the numbers in random order
- NB: The Counting 0-20 lesson requires a specific set of flashcards to be printed, so please have a look at that lesson if you would like to prepare efficiently
